The Resident Soho. A great stay

We stayed twice. In transit for a cruise and for a brief stay afterwards. We needed distilled water for a C-pap machine. Apparently, no small feat to find it but the staff got it! It was a life saver for our cruise. They gave us plenty of good local restaurant recommendations. On the way back, we got in late and gave a us a complimentary Prosecco and also remembered more distilled water, which we had forgot to ask about for our return .(We had run out). The room was very nice and convenient to the tube. Will stay again!

Perfect location for London night out

Staff are lovely & helpful at the reception. We were checked in by Deana (sorry if I spelled name wrong). We arrived early before check in & we were told our room is ready. We booked a standard room. It was compact but comfortable and have all the amenities needed. Bathroom has Milton brown toiletries. We had a great night of sleep. Would definitely come back again!

Wholly recommend and a great welcome!

Wonderful welcome from staff at desk. Room spacious and comfortable. Kitchen, tea, nespresso, filtered water and fresh milk all provided. Not luxurious, but modern, comfortable, clean and well appointed. Location absolutely perfect and good value for London. Absolute recommend. Staff service as good as it gets. Well done.

Great location and staff

Great location. Helpful and efficient staff. The bed was comfortable. The heater worked. Only downside was we had a room in the basement. I'll definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel choice in the Soho/Covent Garden area, and very close to the train station (Elizabeth line straight from/to Heathrow airport). The staff (all of them!) is very friendly and helpful.
