Hôtel très bien mais accueil horrible ! Attention, ils vous demandent à la fin du séjour un pourboire de 15£ par jour. Ne payez que si vous en avez envie car ce n'est pas obligatoire

This information is shared when checking in and out. There is no obligation to pay this, and it can be removed at check out. Second tome there. My room was very nice. Great location (5min) from Victoria. Super kind staff. Will come back for sure

Cet emplacement est très bien situé. Le personnel est très aimable. Cependant, l'eau de la douche s'infiltrait sous le panneau de verre de la douche et coulait sur le plancher de la salle de bain. De plus, il n'y avait pas suffisamment de papier hygiénique et a fallu s'y prendre à deux reprises pour en recevoir.
