Special thanks to Aisha for being so friendly. We were made to feel so welcome, it was such a special way to start our trip to London. Good central location. Hotel old and rooms a bit tired. Good value. Yin on check in went over and beyond and it was a pleasure to be greeted by such a friendly front of house staff!

For the price this was great. The elevator can only hold 1-2 people at a time depending on your size and how much luggage you have. So sometimes waiting for the elevator could take time if there were a lot of people using it
