Très déçu présence d une souris vivante la nuit dans la chambre que nous avons dû faire fuir seul. Impossibilité de l hôtel de nous changer de chambre et promesse de l hôtel de nous rembourser une nuit que nous attendons toujours

super séjour !
Publié le 19 juin 2023 sur Hotelstrès bon accueil à la réception, l’hôtel est très propre. le service est impeccable. nous étions au 7eme étage donc il faisait chaud dans la chambre mais avec le fenêtre ouverte et le ventilateur c’était très bien.
super séjour dans cet hôtel !!!!

Le tapis des chambres serait dû pour un bon nettoyage.
Le personnel masculin est un peu sexiste et est peu coopératif.
