First time in London and the location of the hotel was optimal. The staff was kind and very polite. I enjoyed my stay and would definetely go back.

Nous avons passé 10 nuits dans cet hôtel, ma fille et moi.
Le personnel était poli et l'emplacement idéal pour tout faire à pied. La grandeur de la chambre était correcte et beaucoup d'espace de rangement. Le restaurant de l'hôtel était convenable (filets de poulet et cocktails délicieux). Par contre, le service était très lent, surtout les soirs plus achalandés.
Malheureusement, il y a eu plusieurs points négatifs :
- Personne pour nous accueillir à l'accueil et nous diriger.
- 2 ascenseurs pour 8 étages, donc file d'attente interminable.
- Pas de ventilation dans la salle de bain (moisissures au plafond et chambre humide).
- Taches suspectes sur draps, matelas et serviette.
- Chambres non insonorisées (portes qui claquent, enfants qui courent, voisins qui parlent fort tard le soir).
- Moquette partout (chambre et hôtel), alors à éviter si vous avez des allergies.
Important : Impossible de payer en argent comptant, même pour un simple café.
Bref, je ne recommande pas pour un long séjour.

Large but nice hotel
