Friendly staff. Great dining options with Chinatown, steakhouse options a couple blocks away

Housekeeping was great but room needed updating. Poor lighting in bathroom and limited drawer space for unpacking. Also, shower door leaked.

Hotel was in a fantastic location. There was an issue with the AC in our room, but staff were quick to move to another room once we made them aware. Fantastic shower. Would certainly consider staying here again.

The hotel location is excellent. Stones throw away from Leicester Square and surrounding areas. Plenty of dining options. The room is clean and spacious, bed is very comfortable. Malik in reception and Cyril in breakfast area are highly recommended. Excellent service.

Very noisy in room 201. We heard bass booming all night until midnight. Unable to change rooms. Would never stay here again. The room was $400 a night and not worth the amount!
