Stick floor and bathroom. Very dirty room and dirty bed. Did not seem to have bedbugs.
Waited 40min for check-in because the employe was on his phone

On n'a jamais fait nettoyage dans la chambre pendant mon séjour. Il y avait des cafards partout dans la chambre et sur mon lit.

Be warned this is for a hotel in London, Canada. My flight in London, England was cancelled and I searched hotels near me and scheduled a non-refundable room only to find it wasn't near me at all!

This was the dirtiest hotel I ever stayed in in North America!
Mold patches. Opened bed and there was hair between the sheets. Lots of large paint patches missing everywhere. Piles of junk outside the hotel. No breakfast available, even though it was supposedly included in the booking. Even the pop machine was inoperable.

Staff was rude, rooms were dirty, no AC, no screens on the tiny widow, room felt like a prison cell, entire building smelt like cigarette smoke, homeless people camped in the parking lot.
