Cheap and cheerful. You don’t get a lot for your money. A hard bed and pillows and a travel kettle. The reception was uninviting and tired. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Publié le 19 janv. 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were lovely. Wish I could say the same amount the room. They turn the heating off and so the room and toilet were freezing. The radiator was mouldy. The toilet hadn’t been cleaned with stains left in there. I will not be staying here again.

I liked the size of the room and the bed was very comfortable, the toilet was of a nice size and has a 🛁 too. The desk of the room was so spacious you can put all your things and eat and it was in a convenient area, 8min walking to the station, the area is a bit poor itself as it is in ilford but with the Elizabeth line very close to all the major places you want to go to. The staff at check in was friendly, good value for money, i recommend it

Doors didn’t lock properly, limited plug sockets, very basic, mattress had no protector on and was heavily stained
