J'ai apprécié son emplacement géographique,extrement bien situé. Les concierges très serviables.
En revanche, on n'y vit pas. On ne fait qu'y dormir et s'y rafraichir.

Tout était parfait, propre et pratique. En revanche j’avais réservé un studio et on m’a donné une chambre simple, alors que j’avais vraiment besoin de la cuisine. Je l’ai signalé au personnel qui m’a dit essayer de trouver une solution mais rien n’est venu… j’espère au moins un dédommagement… affaire à suivre!

Très propre, sécuritaire avec du personnel accueillant. L’hôtel est bien situé à quelques pas de Covent Garden ou de Trafalgar Square. Tout peut se faire à pied.
