Dear Terry, Thanks for taking time to provide feedback of the studio. I am glad you liked the location, our welcome basket and our information on the local area We are sorry you found the sleeping arrangements cramped. When the sofa bed is closed this give much more room. If you leave the sofa bed open then yes there will be less room. The bathroom is small as we felt that it was more important to give the living area more space but from feedback from our guests we feel it is adequate. We do hope that these minor factors did not detract from our stay

It is a small studio but most of our guests find it a good value base to explore London and whilst not the newest of properties it has all the mod cons and many of our guests particularly love the large garden. We appreciate the parking space can be a little tight and there is nothing we can do to make it larger but we have had small vans parked there as well so is doable. Hope to welcome you back some day and I hope you are enjoying your touring holiday of the UK!

We are glad you had a good experience staying in our studio The studio is compact however has all the facilities for a comfortable stay including a large private garden, a fully equipped large kitchen a wii and free private parking. We also provide a complimentary welcome basket, and oyster cards and a mobile phone for you to use during your stay We are sorry that the studio did not meet on this occasion our high cleaning standards. We will be retraining our staff to make sure that the studio is always spotless. We have very high standards regarding cleanliness so were surprised that there was dust and this will certainly be addressed. Regarding the blankets we are not sure what is meant by this as the studio does not have blankets. All bedding are duvets with high quality Egyptian Cotton and all bedding is of course clean on every changeover. Regarding the lighting, both the kitchen, sleeping area and living area have 3 high power bulbs each that are very bright but can be dimmed as they have dimmer switches. Maybe you didn't realise that the dimmer switches needed to be turned to make the light brighter? Regarding the entrance to the studio it has its own private entrance door with a small passage way to access the studio but this has never been an issue and this then leads to the large private garden. The front of the house does have some patio tiles which have come lose and we are now replacing these. All in all however if you had contacted us during your stay with some of these issues we would have been happy to address these as customer service is our priority We hope to welcome you to Wimbledon Studio Flat again in the near future.
