Overall a pleasant stay. They issue room keys to Apple Wallet but they unfortunately don't offer an equivalent for Android users so i had to opt for the physical key. Entering and exiting the shower is a tight squeeze due to the setup of the bathroom doors and the shower didnt drain very efficiently. The TV supports Chromecast connection but it was extremely slow to respond to commands from my phone. Comfy bed that can be adjusted to incline

This room was so cosy, I especially loved the bed. It was especially convenient having access to a kitchenette. Overall the room is a little small but since I was on my own I was cool with it. Staff were also very welcoming. Worth the cost :)

The guy on reception in the evenings was amazing, I had a very walm welcome and great stay at YotelPad. Impressive room with reclining bed, modern bathroom and a sink/microwave area. Would return!

Unfortunately I did not enjoy my stay over this weekend. My expectations were extremely high and was really looking forward to the trip and stay. The bed was broken on one side and this caused great struggle when trying to use the bathroom at night and trying to avoid the broken frame. There was constant noise outside the room due to other guests and this caused a disturbed sleep. The window was locked and unable to be opened and lacked some fresh air. The aircon caused problems with breathing due to an upper respiratory tract issue. Tried to report to the manager in the morning but they couldn’t do much. Overall disappointment and won’t be booking again

Super impressed

We were so impressed with what’s included with your stay. The bed being adjustable, black out blinds and kitchenette were great additions. Especially having a smart tv to cast from our own device. The only let down was the cost of the shop downstairs, no tea or milk is provided so we had to pay a lot to enjoy a cuppa.

I had such high hopes for this property. Unfortunately, it fell short in almost every measure. The room was tiny. The air-con made everything feel super humid and damp, so much so that the towels wouldn't dry after a shower until the next morning. There was a bar opposite our room which was super loud every night with booming music and drunk people. I had to complain about the towels we were left because they were dirty with what looked like poo. The staff were pleasant but not very helpful when asking anything of them other than "hello" or "goodbye". Overall a really disappointing stay

I should never be woken up by drilling next to my head at 9am in a hotel. I can see you're doing work on the bottom floor of the hotel, but you should be doing that at a time when I'm not still asleep. It was still very inconvenient trying to take meetings with deafening drilling throughout the day.

Our first trip to London and we found the hotel perfect for our stay with just a short walk to the station and shopping centre. The staff were very helpful and polite, with a great knowledge of the area and transport links. Already looking at booking our next trip for 2026.

The room was fairly small, it was fine for what we wanted overall, but it was on the small side. For instance, if you pulled the work desk table out, you could not access the bed on one side. Fridge and microwave/convection were great, but a real lack of anywhere to sit. I mention this only in case people think they can cook an evening meal and sit comfortably. It’s not a criticism, just a fact. Nowhere to really hang clothes and no hangers. In a nutshell, the room is compact but very functional. Bed is adjustable which was great. Shower was brilliant. The staff are very helpful and friendly. It’s about a five minute walk (if that) to train/underground and bus station. Area is remarkably quiet considering its location. All in all we enjoyed it and would return if we needed to be in the vicinity.
