I recently stayed at the YOTELPAD Stratford in London, and there were a few things I liked about it. The hotel was very clean, everything felt new, and the decor was modern and stylish. The amenities were decent, nothing extraordinary, but they did the job.
However, there were quite a few drawbacks. The hotel felt stuffy from the moment you walked in. Despite having AC, the air just didn’t circulate properly, so it always felt warm and uncomfortable, especially in the hallways.
Another issue was the shower. The glass door only opens inward, which makes it very hard to get out unless you're quite slim. The only alternative is to leave the door open, but that causes water to spill out onto the bathroom floor—a hassle for anyone, but especially problematic if you're bigger.
While the price point was reasonable and the location near the train station was convenient, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for older guests or ladies looking for a more comfortable stay.
