Excelente hotel frente al mar, cómodo, limpio. Una lástima q la terraza no tenga un bar y q el bar de la mezzanina (muy animado) cierre a las 10 pm.
Mi única queja es q llamé a la recepción para q arreglaran un problema con tv, me dijeron q enviarían alguien y nunca vinieron. Lamentable falta de seriedad.

The view was amazing and once we parked we could walk everywhere from the hotel. No need to drive.

Was so excited to stay here as we heard great things and it is right in front of the beach. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to expectations or the money spent. The room was very dirty, visible stains on the carpet, sheets and even hair on the shower walls. Great for the location but felt we needed to immediately shower after we left.

Double check your bill and manage expectations

Last time we were here, I was double charged for the resort fee. Another time, there were squatters being evicted from the room next to our leaving piles of trash in the hallway. This time, we found random restaurant fees added to our room. I went to the front desk at 3:55pm to show them our restaurant receipts and ask for a refund for the overcharge. They said they I had to work it out with the restaurant. I headed upstairs to the restaurant. Everything seemed fine, waited for a while, then went to check what was going on. They wouldn’t issue a refund until they “investigated the extra receipts” they found. I mentioned that my friend who I was traveling with is disabled and couldn’t comfortably wait around for long. I asked if we could move it along. Nothing happened. We finally got a refund at 4:28pm. My friend complained that we had to wait around for half an hour. She was told “you didn’t wait for half an hour” instead of “sorry we made a mistake then treated you like you might be lying.” I have time stamped texts, but also, weird move for customer service.
Basically, stay here for the location and the fact that it’s handicap accessible and the only hotel on the boardwalk. Don’t expect 4 star accommodations. The bar tender was lovely and the housekeeping staff and beach hut staff were very nice. Unfortunately, after several years of “meh it’s the only hotel option” we’ll be looking into vacation rentals for next year.

They never give me back my $2 days hotel deposit. Calling management multiple times and still waiting.

I come each year. The housekeeping was short staffed this time. Food was delicious. Workers were helpful.

We loved its being right on the boardwalk and beach, and it was very clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful.
One minor thing is that it would be nice to have wastebaskets in both the bathroom and bedroom
We appreciated having the coffee maker and refrigerator.
