Roomy House in Quiet Location
Publié le 23 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThe house had many rooms for our family (3 generations) to enjoy without being crowded. It was comfortable and well-furnished. The trail to the beach is a well-maintained path through pretty trees. We enjoyed playing in the water and sand every day, and also walking on trails and the beach at Leadbetter Point State Park. The bunnies in the yard were a bonus.

We had a TV problem and someone came to fix within 15 min. Lots of bunnies and deer. Very peaceful spot. There is lots of room to spread out if you have

Home info not correct and not clean
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe listing online stated that this home was minutes from town within walking distance. Not even close. Was miles from town. We based our selection of this property due to the description that the home was within walking distance to town. In the welcome booklet it was also stated that somebody would be by to collect garbage periodically. Nobody came by at all to collect trash. 7 days of trash for 10 house guests equaled to alot of trash which we had to leave on the front porch. Upstairs bedroom smelled like animal urine. All bathrooms had mold in the corners of tile. Overall not happy with our experience.

Beautiful Home with Plenty of Space
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HomeAwayWe had mixed group of people. Family, friends and friends parents and everyone had there on space. Short walk to the beach. Loved having a second refrigerator. Would highly recommend and hope to make it back again next year.

Beach Retreat Indeed!
Publié le 4 août 2023 sur HomeAwayThis house was so amazing for a larger family get together. There was so much space for everybody. The layout is so unique, and really helped bedroom areas stay quiet. There are TWO fridges which really blew our minds. Both decks were great, lovely view from the upper deck and upper king room. Kitchen had everything you could need and even tupperware fir leftoer and food prep. The path to the beach is great though a little long, but our 96 yr old granda still made it out and back once a day. It was great that most bedrooms were on the lower level, more accessible than many places we have stayed. A bit far from town but groceries either direction in under 10 minutes, we like a quiet area and beach. We saw deer daily and quiet a few bald eagles frequent the area. One day we saw 4 juveniles playing in the wind together, so beautiful. A simply wonderful trip.
