Great location, great management

House had ideal layout and facilities for our extended family group. Location opposite Beach could not be bettered. Facilities were excellant and practical. Interaction with management was great. Highly recommended.

Lovely long weekend at Long Beach

We had a wonderful time staying at the property on Long Beach - the house was fantastic! The check-in process was very smooth and easy and our host Jude was very responsive and great to communicate with. The house was very spacious, comfortable, beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean and very well appointed, with everything one could need and more, for a wonderful holiday for our family with young kids, plus our parents. Being able to have two separate living areas was good to enable everyone to have space to do different things, and then also come together for meals and other shared time. The kids enjoyed having the pool table also. It was very helpful to have an enclosed upper deck and an enclosed area of the backyard, to keep our young dog safe. The close proximity to the beach was lovely - being able to walk across the road to the beach and listen to the sound of waves throughout the day and night. The heating was good and it was lovely to have the fireplace also. Good internet and TV reception also. Thank you Jude for a wonderful stay; we would love to return again sometime.

Pet Friendly Family Getaway

Very cosy and welcoming property. Plenty of activities to keep the teens happy in the water or playing pool. And plenty of space to relax and soak up the beautiful view of the bay. The peaceful sounds of waves on the beach was an added extra treat. This was a very clean and generous space that will have us coming back hopefully :)

Disappointing!!

Beautiful property with great views. However the property (especially the downstairs area) was absolutely freezing & smelt of dust. Got a disappointing message from property manager for leaving blankets unfolded & for using fireplace. So my feedback would be to update your guest instructions to DO NOT use fireplace & blankets. And do not leave blankets unfolded

Dear Aarti, Thank you for your feedback. We are very sorry and disappointed you were so cold. The property has a reverse cycle air conditioner and a fire upstairs and there are heaters in the lounge room and in both bedrooms downstairs and many blankets throughout the house. It was evident you were cold by the number of blankets everywhere and that you tried to use the fire, however from our experience if you are unfamiliar in using a combustion fire it sometimes proves difficult to get it burning hot. It is evident that you were not successful with the fire as the upstairs would have warm and cossy. As requested at the courtesy call prior to your stay, I asked if you had any concerns to contact me, as we always want our travellers to enjoy their holiday. Post stay you informed me the air conditioner was not working. On inspection the timer had been put on, thus would not work. Not aware of downstairs being dusty, however will investigate. So sorry you were cold, this could have been rectified so easily. Kind Regards Jude Rafferty Property Manager

Great house for large family

The property was as described. It was great to take our dog and have her inside with us. Location is perfect for families with young children the beach is clean and waves gentle.

Brilliant house

We had a wonderful relaxing time. The house has wonderful comfortable beds and couches. The view is amazing.

Spectacular View

The house is well maintained, clean and has all the amenities needed for an enjoyable stay away from home. We were 8 adults, very comfortable, with each of us having our own bedrooms with decent sized beds. The view is spectacular - feeds the soul!
