Family trip

The housekeeping staff was always asking if we needed anymore supplies and friendly! They made our trip more enjoyable. Thank you again and see you soon!

Before we arrived we got a text with the door code and room number. This was great as we were getting in late. We will always stay here anytime we go to Long Beach.

We are sorry for any inconvenience you might have had with our front desk. We truly try to make everyone's experience positive. With off peak season starting we are slowing down so our office hours have been reduced which might have made it seem like it wasn't attended. We hope in the future we have the chance to make your next trip a more positive experience.
