Stratton South Long Trail Studio Adjacent to the Village and Lifts

Come enjoy the convenience of this cozy studio located adjacent to the village and lifts at Stratton Mountain. Our Studio condo is in the Long Trail House located directly across from Stratton Village where you can walk to the base lodge and lifts. Park in the heated garage beneath Long Trail, store your gear in the ski lockers and walk across the street for direct access to the lifts as well as the shops and restaurants in the village. The studio features views of Stratton Mountain, a living room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, a queen murphy bed and a pull out full size sofa bed. Kitchenette with bar seating make this the perfect base for a couple or small family. The unit has WiFi, a DVD player, cable TV and a Nintendo loaded with all the classic games. Long Trail features 2 hot tubs and an outdoor heated pool, all open year round. A well appointed lounge with wood burning fireplace overlooks the pool area. The concierge sets up complimentary coffee and pastries in high seasons. Common laundry area also located a few doors down from the unit.

Perfect location
The location is incredible. It was my first time to Stratton, and I would love to come back to the area. The fireplace and the balcony is nice. The info provided, communication, and follow-up could have been better, i.e. parking, checkin, pool, location/access, tv issues, etc. Also - I’m not sure why the price was so much higher this Particular weekend than normal costs. I enjoyed my stay, but the price for the value was off.

Excellent stay at Longtrail!
Great little spot, directly across the street from Stratton village. The studio was great for our little family and the hosts were very responsive to our every need. The pool and hot tubs were a plus for post-skiing activities. We even got fresh snow over the weekend. We did not want to leave on Sunday!

Convenient and easy
Studio in Long Trail House was perfect for a solo mid week stay. The unit was immaculate, and towels and linens were new and high quality. It is apparent that the owner cares about the property and renter’s experience. Owner was accessible through app and quickly responded to all questions. My only recommendation is that kitchen have more items to make preparing meals and cleaning up easier ( such as dish towels, and sheet pans).

Comfortable and functional studio
The studio felt more spacious than other studios we have stayed at. The walk-in closet was large enough to get all our clothes and luggage out of the way. The Long Trail House is a great location for a short walk to the slopes and restaurants. The manager Steve was very responsive and helpful.

Just across the street from the mountain & town. Best part was that the VRBO owner mailed us the key cards prior to arrival. So upon arrival did not even have to get out of the vehicle in order to get into the garage/unit.

Great stay in Stratton Village
This studio apartment was well equipped and very convenient to the shops and restaurants in the Village. It is also an easy walk to the lifts and a shuttle transfer really isn't needed.

Fantastic Stay!
My group (4 adults, two couples) had a fantastic stay at this condo. It was the perfect size we needed for a quick 2 night staycation right next to the slopes. It was located right across the street from the village and a 5 minute walk to the lifts. Don’t let the size deter you from booking this spot. It has a massive walk in closet for storing bags to really optimize the space.

Great location!
Our family really enjoyed our stay! Perfect for a ski/snowboard trip! The hosts were super helpful. The price was reasonable for a stay at Stratton. The condo has a great location, just across the street from the village. You walk through the village to the mountain in minutes, which was super convenient. You actually have a view of the mountain and can see the skiers/snowboarders coming down. The parking is convenient and enclosed below the building. The facility has hot tubs, pool and sauna, which were great for the evening after a day on the mountain. Dining is accessible and you can prepare meals in the room. The condo was clean and just as we expected. It is cozy for a family of four, but worked perfectly and had everything we needed. The storage closet is good sized and fits luggage with ease. We would definitely stay again and were pleasantly surprised at what the studio had to offer in person!

Lovely Studio
This studio in the Long Trail Lodge at Stratton was very lovely. We've stayed at other studios in the building before, but this one was very nicely appointed and everything was very comfortable. The only thing missing was a sponge/dish brush to wash dishes. Had a lovely time and highly recommend this place.

Great place and great location
Great experience overall. The house keeper hadn’t cleaned the place prior to our checkin time but the owner was extremely responsive and rectified the situation immediately. Can’t say enough about how great the homeonwer was about responsiveness. Would definitely recommend this place to others.
