Publié le 25 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was a very clean property, everything you needed was in apartment. The location was beautiful, easy walk to the beach, quiet area. We absolutely loved our vacation, the owners had excellent communication and easy check in. I highly recommend this rental !

Perfect place for a relaxing vacation

The location is fantastic, close to restaurants and a beatiful neighborhood.The place is very comfortable and perfectly equiped. The shed has chairs, umbrellas and lots of beach gear for the guest to use.
The jacuzzi is wonderful. The whole place is great.

The owners were extremely kind and eager to make our stay enjoyable. Not a single thing I would change about this stay.

Perfect Longboat Key Vacation
Publié le 3 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved our stay at this location. Zachary is an excellent communicator and responds quickly. Check-in was simple, and the cottage is very clean. The bed and sofa are comfortable, there's plenty of towels, pillows, beach chairs, floats, and a beach cart. The kitchen is loaded with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and anything you might need to prepare a meal. The refrigerator is spacious and there's a washer and dryer too. The backyard is beautiful; it feels like you're in a private resort. It's also bird watchers paradise. There are woodpeckers, doves, and even an osprey nest with new babies. The beach is right across the street and absolutely gorgeous. We would definitely stay here again.

Little piece of Heaven

Celebrating 50 years of friendship!

After a 12-hour drive, it was extremely comforting to enjoy your peaceful garden and an IMMACULATE beach cottage .... not one grain of sand anywhere inside. The amenities are perfect and plentiful. The water pressure is amazing and we appreciate the little things normally absent on vacation. We joked that it was time for a massage when it was shower time. Who has an outside shower with hot water ... this place! The daily wagon pull to the most gorgeous beach was filled with hours of shell searching and the most amazing sunsets. We were sad to leave and hope to return in 2026 as 2025 is already booked for our time slot. We loved this perfect beach cottage. It was everything and more to add to our travel journal.

Cozy retreat close to it all
