This one bedroom Condo on the third floor with extra large private balcony is the place to enjoy the sound of the rolling waves and some of the most spectacular sunsets on Longboat Key. This unit located in the Tower overlooking the Gulf of Mexico is bright and spacious.
2 Queen beds in the bedroom and queen murphy bed in the living room.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, Cable TV, Wi-Fi, dining area, and living room with sliding glass doors.

We spend every new years at this apartment and love it. Perfect location, in great condition, feet from the beach, and close to all kinds of restaurants, ice cream shops, and stores. Great communication from the owner and building management. Can't wait to go back!

Was good / owner needs to invest in new mattress especially the Murphy bed mattress was completely shot. Springs showing through mattress / really bummed us out because we wanted to use that to sleep there and listen to the golf. A little beach getaway
What’s not to say about this beautiful property, the view is breathtaking and the picture on the site doesn’t do it justice you just have to see for yourself. The property is very quiet and even though others were staying there it felt very private. The private beach is perfect, the water is clean, warm, and so refreshing. The only thing I can suggest is to update the mattress they are very firm and the bedding is a little dated. The table on the patio is broken and should be replaced. However, the lounger on the patio made up for it, I actually dozed off out the one evening. Even with those very minor things I mentioned above I will still give this property 5 stars and would most definitely stay again!!

This condo was perfect for our trip to Longboat Key! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We even saw dolphins! The furnishings were clean and the bed was comfortable. The property was right on the water and chairs and umbrellas were provided, which was definitely a plus! The property management company was very kind and helpful. We would definitely stay again!

What a wonderful place to stay the grounds are beautiful it is so quiet peaceful it feels almost home and you like it your private beach and your private residence. Everyone that you there the staff and even the gas were so wonderful and it seemed like everybody had been there many years in a row. The best…
This is our third year spending new years in Sergey’s beautiful apartment. We love this property for its central location, steps to a gorgeous beach, and this beautiful apartment. It’s super clean, well maintained, and has everything you need for a great stay.

Beautiful with a few issues
Gorgeous view and beach. Pool was lovely. Located right in middle of long boat. Flew in used Uber. Trolley no longer runs and too far to walk most places. Grocery is 2 miles. Hard to get Uber sometimes. Need to have car. Our fault. Bathroom needs update and whole place needs deep cleaning. Couch had some nasty stain. Construction work was being done on building. Very loud and echoed until 6pm. Manager rude when called. All in all I would stay again and hope that management does better job with cleaning and friendliness.

Beautiful views!
Entering the property and seeing the view of the beach was stunning. Everything was perfect inside. We have stayed at 100's of places over the years but this property and the views are our all-time favorite. The location was perfect for walks on the beach, patio views of the sunset, nearby restaurants and family within easy drive. The beach chairs and noodles for a swim were an extra pleasure! We will absolutely return!

Location is perfect, walk right out back patio onto beach. Beach was beautiful, quiet and basically empty. Condo itself was updated and clean for the most part. The building itself is dated and in need of some repairs.
