Beautiful old Florida beachfront community. Tennis courts shuffleboard courts basketball court and grilling area were beautiful. I can't mention the grilling area enough, everything you needed was right there and they would even clean the utensils for you in the grills. The only drawback is the The unit was a little bit dated in terms of the bathrooms and kitchen areas, but otherwise very clean spacious and nice. I would definitely go again.

I consider our grilling area to be a stroke of genius on the part of our manager, and it is gratifying to hear how much our guests enjoy it. Each of our units is unique and in a slightly different place on the update continuum, so it’s great to hear that you plan to come back to see us. Some months of the year are not so busy as June and guests have a broader choice of units.

The property is old. Beautiful beach front but wished that the beach umbrellas provided to the guests too.
Unit F19, both bathrooms need updated. Water pressure is very low, not enough lights, need exhaust fans,

Great area

We do hope that our guests will find Casa del Mar to be a "great place," so appreciated your saying so. We are glad that you really liked our pool area, too. We love the vaulted ceilings of our second floor units and would not want to be a high-rise property, but I wish someone had been close at hand to carry your suitcase up those steps!

It is a very nice place, however, found a huge cockroach at last day in the kitchen, felt horrible.

Thank you for taking time to let us know about your experience and we are glad to know that you found our property to be a very nice place overall. A pesky bug population is not one of the nice things about Florida and we are very sorry that you found a bug in your unit. I know how unpleasant that is and I want to assure that we try in many ways to prevent such experiences for our guests. Controlling insect pests is something we have to work hard on in Florida, and we do have regular professional exterminating service. Unfortunately, the rains in this late-summer season cause bugs to seek shelter inside and can also wash away pesticide treatments. We will continue to explore alternatives and to do everything we can to deal with this issue.
