Lovely property
Publié le 6 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayIf you are looking for a quiet getaway, this is your place. Located right on the beach. Beautiful heated pool. Everything I needed for my 4 night stay. I took a 3 mile drive to Coquina beach and took the free ferry out to the pier. Sarasota is a short drive south and there were lots of cute shops. Great place, I would definitely return.

Nice Get away

The bed could have been softer. And I wish the Trolley came that far. But otherwise it was Great.

AC move and Extra people

But then, the AC was not working and we were told nothing could be done unless we called the after hours line. ( we were also told the room was cooling....NOT) We called and then were called back and told to move to another room. We packed with no help and moved to a much nicer roomier room. More of what we had expected.
The wall unit was replaced and were told to pack up again and move. We did.
We had no help moving and nothing offered for the inconvenience.
The room, for the price was not at all what was expected and Customer Service was lacking.

Thank you for staying with us! We apologize for the inconvenience and did everything possible to make it a simple transition while we fixed the AC. We gave you a free upgrade for a night and had the issue fixed in less than 24 hours. We kept in constant communication with you the whole time.
