A ten-minute stroll along the scenic coast path leads you to the historic fishing harbour of Looe with its many cafes, restaurants and shopping. Walk the other direction to Millendreath for its beach cafe and water sports. Everything to make your holiday comfortable and unforgettable.
The property is a detached cottage with three double bedrooms and mature gardens.
A large open plan kitchen diner offers all amenities including a large range cooker with double fan oven and 5-burner gas hob, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, and large solid oak dining table set with room for up to 8 people.
The lounge has two large 3-seater sofas and a gas fire with access to the decking balcony with newly fitted stainless steel glass balustrade, sun loungers and outdoor corner sofa.
There is a master bathroom featuring both a bath with hand shower and a walk in shower, plus a second WC room by the front door.
There are thee double bedrooms - two equipped with double beds and one with twin single beds, plus a travel cot in the master bedroom. Each bedroom offers plenty of storage and access through large sliding doors to an outside decking terrace with glazed balustrade, offering uninterrupted views of the sea and beach and the large garden with apple tree and mature plants.
The property is child safe with stair gates at the top and bottom of the internal stairs. Each outside area is fully fenced and enclosed with gated access to each area.
There is private parking for one or two cars on the driveway, as well as free on street parking on the private road. The beach is a short stroll down a private path alongside the gardens. Looe is a 10 minute walk along the coast path to the west, and Millendreath beach resort is a 5 minute walk along the coast path to the east. There are two small local shops nearby at the top of the hill as well as a pub.
Access to the house is via stairs from the road and so is not suitable for guests requiring a wheelchair. We apologise for any disappointment.
