Séjour très confortable
Publié le 30 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayNous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement confortable et cosy offrant une super vue et un emplacement privilégié, avec parking.
L’hôte a été très réactif quand nous avons manqué de certains équipements.
L’appartement aurait besoin d’un léger rafraîchissement (notamment la moquette) et de rangements dans la salle de bain, mais tout est là pour passer un bon séjour.

Publié le 20 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayI love Looe & have stayed in other apartments within rock towers and have always found them to be perfect, unfortunately no.7 was very tired looking not as clean as it should be & bed very uncomfortable that resulted me sleeping on settee!
I feel a washing machine would be more useful than a dishwasher!

Beautiful Sea View in Cornwall, basic accommodation
Publié le 10 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayVery basic apartment, needs a good cleaning, towels and linen are nowhere near luxury, towels are old and do not even match. Main bedroom has nice bed, other two twin beds are not very comfortable for adults, Large burner on stove does not work, so if planning on cooking any meals, plan around that. No bath mat or tea towels, no garbage bags, or toilet paper, bring everything!
One major disappointment is that from the description of Deck/Patio one would assume you had one, but you do not. All of the outside patio space belongs to other apartments and you will have no access. The price reflects these issues but the description is misleading, however the view (from the window) is spectacular!

Needs modernising!!

The bed covers smelt damp and didn’t fasten or fit the beds!
There was only 1 wardrobe to fit 4 people’s clothes in . Hardly any clothes storage in the second bedroom.
The towels also smelt damp like they hadn’t been dried properly.
In desperate need of updating as have found since other apartments in the same block that look far more well cared for .
Such a shame great location !!

We're so sorry to hear this. Having used outside contractors to do our cleaning & laundry we are disappointed to read this which we will, of course follow through. You might note we always follow through on negative reviews and had we known your findings via a phone call we might have been able to rectify. To answer your question on storage, there is a double wardrobe in the large bedroom and a double chest of drawers in the smaller room, (generally used by children, as the room is quite compact) . Most people's holiday clothes are of a casual nature and additional wardrobes have never been in question, until now, we just wouldn't be able to fit any more storage in ! That said All our reviews are subject to one's opinion and we do take that on board, in fact our last review ( before yours ) of the apartment which was just a week before ) gave us 5 stars, however that doesn't compensate for the way you are feeling, we're sorry if, on this occasion you feel our apartment fell short of your expectations.

Cosy Apartment
Publié le 26 sept. 2020 sur HomeAwayWe found the apartment to be comfortable and in a good position to enjoy all that Looe has to offer, The view over the beach was excellent. Our only niggle was that the TV reception (freeview) was poor at times although this did not spoil our holiday which we really enjoyed.
