The 4 bedroom (sleeps 12 persons) house is situated at the Lakes of Loosdrecht,  30 minutes by car from the center of Amsterdam or Utrecht. From the terrace of the residence you can easily step into your boat. This house have got four bedrooms, two living rooms with connecting kitchens, a sleeping sofa in the second living room (1ste floor), three bathrooms, a separate toilet.
 
Via the roofed entrance you will reach the living room with sun lounge, fireplace and open kitchen. The master bedroom gives direct access to the bathroom. The other bedrooms have sun decks and are reached by staircase. The sliding French doors lead to a large patio and the adjoining loggia can be reached through a patio door, a perfect spot for sunny Dutch spring- and early fall days.
