Publié le 23 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayThe location is right in the heart of Lopez Village, so it's easy to walk to everything in town, including the famers' market. Check in and check out was a breeze, and the property is very clean and charming. The outdoor space is very welcoming, and you can tell a lot of love goes into keeping the garden and house tidy.

Friendly but need bathroom update
Publié le 11 juin 2019 sur HomeAwayWe had a lovely stay on Lopez Island. One thing I would recommend is to update bathrooms. For the older traveler it was a bit difficult to take a shower - no bars to hold on to, and ball and claw bath tub was very narrow, water changed temperature when I would finely get it set and toilet too low.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. The grounds are lovely. It's a great location. There was a little area where sundries are sold. They wanted you to text them what was taken but I had no cell service there. No one to talk to to let them know what was taken. I don't think we ever saw the property manager.

Suzanne, Sorry room 6 was not a good fit for you. Our goal is to go above and beyond for each of our guests. We wish you shared your concerns while on the property as my team would have been happy to switch your room. I do want to point out that it was clear in the room title, description and pictures that this room had a soaking tub/shower. My wife and co-owner of Edenwild checked you in and shared details about the inn and the island. There is always a staff member on site but we are too small to have a standing front desk person. The phone on the front desk is always available for guests who have poor cell reception. Lopez, along with the Edenwild, is a quaint, friendly place. We try our best to take care of our guests and set clear expectations. Sorry we missed the mark!
