The reception and housekeeping staff are very friendly and go out of their way to help. The rooms are clean. Smart TVs in the rooms. The Cafe and restaurant on site are very convenient. Room service is helpful for those who have had advanced dental work.

It would be nice if you would invest in better quality chairs in the rooms. we had 2 chairs ,one was missing a screw to hold the leg on. it was fixed by the next day. but should have been fixed before renting room out. staff was great. got extra pillows when asked.

If you’re in Molar City this is an excellent place to stay. Conveniently located to anything and everything. Restaurant and bar on site do very good food with excellent prices.

Upon check in, I realized the suite I booked was on third floor , no handicap or elevator. After specking with front staff, only option was to down size on first floor. The room was so small & smelled horrible ( smoke from guests outside & perfume deodorizer ) if you ere traveling with loved ones who need handicap assistance , do not stay here. The beds were uncomfortable , too firm, & very difficult for family to rest. Not sure if Expedia will refund me the difference of room. Disappointed

Second experience, perfecto!
2nd stay at this property. Everything was absolutely wonderful. Even the towels were fluffy, white, soft, and extra large. Staff very helpful and willing to give that extra effort to support your stay.

Clean but very basic.
The staff were very helpful and amenable. Check in was easy. The WiFi was inoperable the entire time. There was a coffee maker but no cups or tea. No fan in bathroom No bathmat The water coming out of bathroom was murky, no hairdryer, no extra blankets.
