Very bad experience

The host charged an additional payment for the old and loose faucet knob after I left. This is ridiculous and absurd. Next guest should be very careful for this kind of trap.

This guest is in retaliation. This guest got mad because I asked him to pay for breaking the Bathroom faucet cartridge valve stem stopper. If that was loose as he is claiming, why did he not complain while he was here. He stayed for 3 nights. Obviously he will deny it. I have been in this business for 8 years. Parking is so easy. It is a driveway. I just asked him to park on the left side of the driveway. What so hard on that? He is stu#$& that's all. Not safe??? Please just read what my other guests said about my place.

Exactly what we needed

Edith was a great host and was very responsive and accommodating. Overall it was a short but great stay and exactly what we needed.

One day stay

She was flexible with the check in time which was a big deal considering I had a wedding to attend nearly an hour later. The room was clean, Editha respected the privacy, and the room was as advertised. In general, the entire stay was enjoyable.

Great Price for LA

Even though she stays on the property, her living area is private so it is as if you have a private space as well. Easy parking, a "snack bar" for water and snack purchases"...it's quiet. Can recommend.

We stayed for a week and the hostess was very nice and helpful. We were very easily located to the Universal Studios, Warner Bros Studio and Hollywood attractions were all just a 15 minute drive away. We enjoyed our time there she offers snacks and drinks for very cheap right there in the house. Tons of great restaurants nearby to try. Would recommend this property for anyone visiting the area!

Like staying at my tia’s house
Publié le 3 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayEverything was super comfortable and clean. My kids and I felt safe and secure. Everything was private and we didn’t see anyone else in the home except when we were greeted and welcomed. I would definitely stay again.
Bathroom was super clean and good size.
Bedroom was like a hotel and we were offered convenience items as well.
The home and neighborhood are beautiful.
