Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
Lit très confortable.
Nous sommes un peu déçu du petit déjeuner qui n'était pas assez varié.
Sinon dans l'ensemble très correct.

We know that you have a lot of choices when deciding where you would like to stay on business and/or leisure. Our goal is to become only choice a guest considers when deciding to stay at a hotel in the Ontario area.

I'm waiting for an answer from the hotel yesterday I put my complaint and a person visited us and when my children slept we didn't accept it because they didn't solve anything before when we really need it. It's too late for them to visit us if the TV never worked, and they are all dirty the truth of the tiredness we brought we didn't want to discuss or wait for any solution, worse we never come back here. We are just waiting for a refund or some apology.

The receptionist was very nice and able to get us a good room, its quiet here snd the environment is also peaceful.
