Had problems getting into the house and property was in disarray.

Sorry to hear that you have trouble for self checking in code. There are some lumber setting temporary at the front driveway need to be moved to the backyard. Inside the property and inside the room are totally newly renovated. Quite and clean. Thank you

Didn't spend much time. It was a last minute place to crash. It's quiet, safe.

Check in process was a bit strange. Operating the door was pretty difficult with 3 knobs and odd door locking pad. Charged 20 dollars for 3 hard boiled eggs, banana, and a few slices of bread for breakfast all while the house seemed to be under construction.

Thank you for your valuable feedback. We offered you the self checking code to enter the property . For breakfast, we offered milk , coffee, cereals , toast, fruit and eggs $10 per guest. This guest asked us to prepare the breakfast for 2 persons. Two people had 3 eggs, 3 bananas, 4 PCs apricot, 4 PCs of toast with butter, jam and honey, coffee. You have the option not eat if you are not happy with the offering. Then we wouldn’t charge you. Please pay as we listed . $10 per person breakfast is excluded at the room price. Thank you

Quite room in a house. Room had been converted to have a shower/toilet in the closet space. Great view! Friendly bulldog. Neighborhood street parking. Room was too crowed with 2 dressers, a lawn chair that was awkward and a table. Floor was dusty/dirty - which I would have expected to be cleaner, since the owner required us to remove our shoes. If you don't mind renting a room in the owners home, it was great. English is not owner's first language. Had to ask for tissue box and floor mat.
