Posted Aug. 25, 2024 on HotelsI would a discount. The occupants of room 118 kept us up till 3:00 with fitting n slamming doors. We called front desk n ask to please call them They came n took them about 5 minutes to have the open the door n she took the girl away. I asked for refund n they could sice I booked Theo hotels.com

Disappointing
Posted Aug. 12, 2024 on HotelsDisappointing on a few levels. Mainly, an unexpected charge for an early arrival (1 hour) appeared out of nowhere. I was told it was "policy". I was given the option to wait but I was tired and needed a place to rest.
It is the first time experience for me in which a hotel is putting their own greed in front of a guest's convenience. The room was ready and the right thing to do was to simply give me the access a bit early. I left 2 hours early and didn't get any reimbursement of course.
