Great enclave gem in West LA!

Perfect location to use as a base for excellent food exploring (great restaurants and Farmer's Market) and to visit museums (Petersen, Getty, LACMA). Located in a wonderful and quiet residential area, just steps away from Melrose Ave. Clean, comfortable and well equipped with all the small touches. Host Michael was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, and will recommend to friends and family. (One small note: the wifi can be spotty, so just check on that when you arrive).

A nice oasis

Beautiful and so clean!

Everything was tastefully decorated, there were snacks and bottled water provided, and the bedroom and bathroom were spotless. The tiled patio was so pretty and private. Michael was a wonderful host! I would stay there again in a heartbeat.

My new home away from home

Michael could not have been more welcoming and helpful in not only providing detailed access instructions in advance, but also in greeting me in person on arrival and making sure I could access the key, the gate code, etc. The room was immaculate and had everything I could possibly need. But my favorite feature has to be the charming patio. That was the real selling point for me, in addition to the location. Discovered a new favorite breakfast spot a couple blocks away on Melrose, Blu Jam Cafe, which was excellent both times I went there. And The Grove and Farmers Market are easily walkable destinations as well. I look forward to staying here again the next time I visit Los Angeles.

Great Spot
Posted Jul. 31, 2024 on HomeAwayIt’s a small room, but it gets the job done. The outdoor space is amazing. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close to Melrose. There are tons of amenities walking distance from the house. It’s centrally located for getting all over the city. I couldn’t have been happier with the location.

Good host, small space
Posted Jul. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayThe saving grace for this small room is the access to a shady, pleasant patio. We had a little trouble with the TV and could not make ice in the mini-fridge, but Michael was accommodating to all our requests. Supplied us with a parking pass for our guests and gave good restaurant recommendations. Would have liked a location closer to our activities.

Great place great location

Nice place great location
