Very clean, cosy and nice hotel ! Second time in LA and it was not easy to find a cheap hotel, I tried but it was not really nice the first time Here, it was perfect, clean, quiet, large room ... I really like it

Decent remodel, Decent parking, staff seemed a bit intense and most of the employees working there seemed unhappy, stressed and worried. Its very off-putting

Wifi is horrible. My wife and I were bit by ants in bed, red marks all over- and the reason I KNOW THIS is because we killed two red ones before bed, then the next morning we called about it and were told "impossible" because they have someone come and check for bugs on mattresses- thats the worst, when you know something has occurred there and youre told no. Soap dispenser was completely empty I called and was told they would bring me some and they never arrived, so I had to doordash some.
