Awful Service and Horrible Communication

I would never know what property looked because the that are renting are horrible communucators. I was told to contact Yvette or Richard before coming to property, I called Yvette and she acted like she didnt know what i was talking about. I called her again and her voicemail full. Called Richard, his voicemail was full. I emailed the web address that was on conf form, never heard back from anyone. THIS IS A SCAM. I would NEVER in life pick this property again. As a matter of fact I am going to report them. Aweful customer service and everyone involved in this post need to be trained and ashamed.

Great space and location

The apartment was wonderfully set up. Perfect for a stay downtown with some friends or, in my case- colleagues attending a trade show. There were plenty of towels and there was kitchen supplies which was great. The apartment was clean and we'll kept. 2 frustrating parts of the stay we're that we only had one FAB key to get in and out of the building and up and down the elevators. There were 2 door keys but you can't get anywhere with just that. Since there is space for 3 or 4 people to stay here, that was quite annoying. I hope they replace the second FAB for future. The rooms both had shades only- sheer, light shades. The single room had a very bright light shining in from the hallway that was so bright I couldn't sleep. The double room had bright street lights shining in as well. I would say that these 100% need to be updated or at least add dark curtains to make the night's sleep more comfortable.

The property is in a great location and it’s nicely appointed. The kitchen is very modern and has everything you could want (hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher). The beds are comfortable and the lounge area is nice. The downsides are that the shower is very poor and there were insufficient towels. I had to go and buy hand towels for the kitchen and bathroom and there were only three small sized bath towels in total which was not ideal for an apartment that sleeps four!

not enough towels, only 4 for a 6 persons apartment it needs blackout blinds instead of light filtering, especially the room next to the exterior hallway, all exterior hallway light comes in as a daylight inside recommended to have another mirror in one of the rooms for ladies make up

The location is not so great. Pretty far from shops /restaurants. No place to hang towels. Towel rack needs to be fixed. Shampoo/soap provided not desirable. Otherwise it was a comfortable stay.
