The carpet was filthy, gum was stuck on carpet. Curtain has stained. Not enough Shampoo, conditioner and facial tissue. The faucet was hard to open. Also under the rim of the sink had mildew. Elevators was out of order. Unable to reach the front desk, called several times no answer.

The stay was clean, staff was very helpful. At the time ofnour stay the breakfast could of been better. The conditioner in the shower was empty, the frint desk gave us a new one but difficult to replace back on the shower holder. Overall it was a great stay, will stay here again.

Problems are mounting - older property/maintenance
Elevator is out of service and no stairs inside - have to use emergency stairs that lead outside for getting out and getting in - with no security. Older electrical, older cable tv service (super logging), and our room had a broken bathroom door handle which caused possible « locking » while inside the bathroom. Not a great experience this time even though we stayed there many times before.

Just two negative/observation points that I think are an easy fix. My room shower didn’t have hair conditioners, it did have an empty container. I’m pretty sure that the management knew that they had a full house for the next morning breakfast… but they were not utensils,plates,potatoes and just a little bit of scrambled eggs left!! It was around 8:45 or 9:00 am. Not So Great!!!

Pretty much what I expected m
For what it is, it was fine overall. I found a dress and a Pokemon card (haha) from previous guests shoved in by the microwave. Called for room service to come take it and they never came. The room could definitely use some deep/more thorough cleaning. Carpets left my socks dirty and we kept having trouble with our card keys the entire stay.
