Cozy Studio with beautiful open private yard. WiFi speedy internet connect multiple devices, Apple TV in room with Netflix Hulu Starz and more. Air conditioned and heated. Ceiling fan by remote, and kitchen is equipped for cooking and eating with coffee maker and complimentary coffee and sugar. My place is very comfortable and can be relaxing . You can watch a movie with the Apple TV, do your work on your laptop with the high speed WiFi service, make or order yourself something to eat. The yard is completely private and peaceful feel free to use as needed. Our studio is thoroughly cleaned using disinfect products. All knobs and surface are wiped. White vinegar is used on carpets and walls. We ask that you use clean healthy habits while staying with us. This is a private studio. Not shared

Great location for us attending a wedding in Pasadena. Clean and comfortable with lovely, private backyard, good security and lighting. Enjoyed the little things: good shower pressure, quality ceiling fan for circulation and white noise. Happened to meet the host Michael, who was warm, friendly and a good communicator. We would book again!

We were very comfortable in Michael’s spacious, recently renovated studio. We were glad to have a full bathroom and kitchen. The space was stylish and clean. The WiFi was strong. The neighborhood was safe and attractive. We had no problems. We look forward to staying there again.

A cute little suite, perfect for a couple.

The suite was the perfect size for us. It was close enough to the Rosebowl as we came to town for a concert. We also went to Crypto.com arena and the Griffith Observatory, both were a reasonable distance as well. Some other things were a bit farther but we were prepared for that. The neighborhood is lovely and absolutely gorgeous. Felt completely safe walking at night and leaving my car on the street. The host was fantastic. Michael was very kind and provided us with everything we needed for our stay. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice place but bad experience

The host has two Vrbo listings right next to each other on the same property and the person staying next door to us opened our door while we were in there. He claimed it was an accident but the whole thing felt very uncomfortable and my partner and I understandably felt very violated so we immediately left and got a hotel. But the place itself was adorable and perfect for two people. Also the host was SO communicative and understanding of our decision to leave.

Quiet, good linens. Entry could be way easier by saying where the lockbox is on each white gate.The notes about caring for the place were a bit condescending and the host came across as rude. I also run a Vbro.
