I stayed there one night and didn’t go well with the neighbor there. So, had to move to other hotel.

Was not what i was expecting. Dirty kitchen. Host was very nice. Bugs in bedroom and bathroom.

There was no hot water when I contacted Cynnie, he said he knew and did nothing about it. This home is for transitioning immigrants. I was always locking my door with them constantly wiggling the doorknob. I am a woman by myself. I was not warned about the situation. Please research before you book. Oh yeah by the way there are cameras watching you everywhere in the house. Couldn’t wait for my stay to be over.

Point of correction, my home is never for transitioning immigrants, you insulted me and I need an apology from you. In the first place, you didn’t rent the whole house. And Expedia didn’t tell you, you will be the only guest’s in the whole house. I am not obligated to dialogue with you when I am having a guests or not. When a guest checked in, we usually text to let them communicate or text if they have any issue or questions, I texted you and ask if you need anything text or call me which you never did. I am sorry to tell you that you lied by saying that you contacted me about not having a hot water in the house, that is wrong allegation. I can provide all the texts and Communication we had during your stay here. It is not okay to lie to make your story look good. By the way there is hot water in the house.My own complaint about the guest, yon never clean after yourself, you get water from the refrigerator spilling water, you stocked trash every where in the kitchen, not even talked about the heap of trash you left in the room. You leave the toilet of stains of blood from your monthly period, your stained pad in the trash in the room. This is something you never let another person see. This is an eyesore and very disgusting. Anyway, I am sorry you feel the way you did, but you never communicated with me. I wish you had made more research before making a reservation as to find out how many rooms are where you are supposedly going to make a reservation. It is not any hidden thing. And I advise, next time rent the whole house or go to a real hotel.Thanking you for Choosing Cynnies Home.

A completely unpleasant experience because osita Daniel told me to park in a lot that actually belonged to another person. Then my car got broken into on that lot only to have osita blame me for parking there. Then everyday the host harasses and circles around you yelling often and screaming sometimes. A totally unacceptable and unprofessional behavior. She then blamed me for taking food that was going overdue and rotting. The fact that it is rotting and was about to be thrown out. But the biggest problem was my car was broken into and she seemed to be indifferent and blamed me for the incident somehow. Do not live here unless you want drama even if she says she doesn’t want drama, it’s a lie.

Everything he put on there is completely opposite of what happened. How can I ask him to park on someone else's driveway? When I was going to work I saw his vehicle parked on another property's driveway overnight, I texted him to move his vehicle out of the driveway, he didn't listen and apparently someone broke into his vehicle. I noticed he cooks in the room, I texted him couple of times to use the kitchen, but he continued, he brought with him a two burners electric cooking stove which he cooks with inside the room. It was scary that this man will burn down the house. He has the habit of banging the doors of the his room, bathroom, refrigerator, you can hear everywhere banging, He took photos of his food in the refrigerator and texted it to me and said do not touch my food including every one in the house.I went groceries because I bought food items, fruits, icecream that will last for 2-3 weeks because of my work schedule. He started eating my food, picks plums, peaches in the fruit baskets, muffin, icecream. Comeback from work my food was going, I keep wondering what was going on, bowl of icecream, I haven't touched, he ate them. And I asked him, he said he doesn't like to waste foods, that's why he was eating them without my permission. He doesn't go anywhere, stays home and was helping himself with my food when I'm away to work. I asked him if he's aware that we don't serve food here and also asked him if he paid for food when he was making his reservation. I never had an experience like this, it was an awful experience. He was going to pay me for my food he ate because he asked me how much to pay for the food when I confronted him. I have proof of the encounter I went through with this man, all the texting I had with this guest is intact.

The lady was rude when we first got there!!!! I didn’t realize it was extra money for another person, when I looked it said $45, she charged $50.

I wasn't rude, politely reminding you that you booked for 1 adult not 2 adults. It''s there to let us know how many people are checking in, when you indicate1 adult, it should be 1 adult. I am sorry you feel that way. My place is not a hotel, and we indicated the least number of nights is 3 nights not less. We are also not responsible for any guests feeding, we have other guests who store their food in the refrigerator, we don't appreciate anyone opening the refrigerator and begin to eat food found in the refrigerator without asking. Thank you.

The place is fantastic and calm. The family around is very welcoming. Place very clean and fully accessible. It is a place I will miss all the time
