Disappointing

When I booked my stay at the hotel back in February, the website made clear that construction would not be underway until August 7th. Imagine my surprise when I showed up July 30th to find that it looks like construction has been going on for months. The staff at the front desk were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. However, the hotel as a whole was disappointing. I had to travel outside, and into what felt like a shady back corridor to get to the elevator that led to my hallway and my room. Pieces of the ceiling were removed for construction and pieces of building materials are stored in the stairwell and the hallway. On three of my four nights what I can only assume was the testing fire alarm went off loud and unexpectedly in my room, scaring the heck out of me understandably. Despite the fact that the website lists daily housekeeping - they never once came to my room. I stayed in my entire trip and they never visited. There was trash in the hallway from other rooms that sat there my entire stay never being picked up by housekeeping. I never received clean towels or changed sheets. The window in my room had a mouth print (like from lips) on it when I arrived, and both the mirror above the sink and the mirror on the closet were filthy. I had to move the plug for the television to get it to turn on as the socket it was plugged into did not seem to work. All in all majorly disappointing.

It was the end of july here in California and the heat was unbearable, i book a room and they were very polite and respectful. The motel was getting new renovations so i didnt expect much to look great but my room was alot bigger and spacious then i thought it would be. Any concerns or problems i had they took care of .

Clean ROOMS and quiat place. Is under construction and their take too long.

They were in the middle of a HUGE remodeling the cleaning staff NEVER vaccumed use their phones to translate what we said no microwave the maintenance guys was awesome its a nice hotel but shoe find other ways to satisfy their customers during remodeling

This place has been under remodeling for two years now, probably longer. In the morning I waited 15 minutes with no one at the front desk. Finally left. Very dirty, not sure if they even have housekeeping. I saw no one cleaning anything. They'll take your money no problem though. I have stayed here before but it's time for me to utilize other resources as I stay in this area frequently.
