I had a good stay this trip. Staff is nice. Room was nice. Only had one issue. When I tried to use my Amazon Firestick it pops-up a splash screen, like when you try to connect a laptop to their wifi, which you have to agree to their terms before it connects to the internet. Not a problem with a laptop but on ther TV it wouldn't load the page so I called the front desk who put me in touch with tech support. They had to add my Firestick MAC address to their firewall to make it work. Took a little time but it eventually worked. Oh, maybe two issues. The wifi speed is terrible. I think I was getting about 10 to 12Mbps so you may get some buffering.

The shampoo and body wash pumps in shower wee empty. The water pressure barely there. Couldn’t really take a shower properly. Also the shower water handle are all the way inside the shower so you have to step in and be blasted with cold water to turn on the shower. So in conclusion the shower situation sucked big time. But the breakfast attendant was super nice. Only good thing to say about my stay.

The room was OK. But the service in the dinner dining room, the assistance provided to print out a document on my behalf, or when the attendant provided a free coffee when i had not time for breakfast tells me that your STAFF makes the difference.
