Just be aware that if you are planning to use airport shuttle service, 1. You must call to request it and 2. It’s an outside vendor who serves multiple hotels so may take a while before you get to hotel. This wasn’t clear to us when we looked at the hotel’s website. Just stated complimentary shuttle service provided between 6:00 am and 11:00 pm. Would be useful to add additional comment “call to request shuttle service” as there are others Hilton shuttles that provide service from LAX, without requiring a call. Aside from this, the staff was very friendly and pleasant, the room was great, and the food was surprisingly good.

There was no electricity when we got to the property. I was not notified of this and couldn’t make a change anymore. The person did not offer an alternative and told us there was no refund and we can cancel if we wanted to but by then it was too late. We had to carry our luggage upstairs 4 floors, there was no offer to help us, my husband was having issues with his knee and I have a bad back. This was not a good experience at this hotel. Definitely not staying here again.

Disappointing experience for our one-night stay before our flight out of LAX the next morning. The shower was disgusting and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, as it had leftover hair from the previous guests along the tiles and around the tub. There were also tiny, gnat/spider-like bugs crawling around the bathroom. The room walls were paper-thin, making it impossible to get any sleep.

Not a convenient location
Reception staff very friendly. We always request no connecting rooms. After asking the question being asked to Abbey reception staff she confirmed the room was not connecting to another, we entered the room and it was a connecting room. We went back down to Abbey who then advised us that’s the only room available in the category that we requested which was a 2 queen beds, ( it was 5.15pm) when we checked in how is every room booked and occupied? She then moved to a king bed room which was fine not sure why we were lied too.

Abby checked me in. She was super professional and very nice. She gave all the information that I needed during check in! There was an unexpected charge to my card though. Deposit said $100 but $127 was held (super random/off number). Why is that?

My experience… I checked in and front desk was nice but when I went to my room the bed was unmade and the trash in the room and bathroom were full. It was actually pretty creepy. But I told her I wanted to change room just in case someone comes in while I’m in there. She was fine with it.
