Road trip

Parfait malgré le parking payant que nous pensions compris dans le prix de la chambre, mais on est à La! Du coup pas étonnant. Manque de serviettes, nous étions 4 et seulement 2 grandes serviettes. Il y en avait une à terre quand on est arrivé ! Bizarre. Sinon, piscine parfaite, le jacuzzi hors service, très proche de l’aéroport. Accueil du personnel parfait

Check in was late. I asked multiple times after 4pm if my room was ready and they kept saying a few more minutes. Well at 4:40 pm I asked for a 4th time and I was told our room was still not ready. The manager told me they are not required to have rooms ready at check in time that 4pm is only the time we can check in without being charged an early check in fee but the rooms can be available at any time after 4pm. She finally said that a similar room was available just at a different floor and they will give us that room. We never asked for a specific floor so if that room was available the whole time why not give us that one since the beginning. A lot of other guests were having the same issue. I would not recommend at all since you might not get a room until hours after check in time. We talked to other guests that didn't get their room until after 5:30 pm.
