We arrived to check in 1/7 after being evacuated from our home due to the wind/fire in Eaton Canyon. Power was lost and we waited 2.5 hrs to check in. Elevators were out and we walked 9 flights with kids to our room. Oh, we were given a chocolate chip nut cookie complementary (who gives nuts to kids?). Power was still out when we left at 10am the following morning. I understand things happen, but staff was a bunch that had no idea what to do and was literally standing around with 100 guests in the lobby. Off water, get chairs and blankets, offer a minimum level of customer service. We also paid full price, not even offered a discount for having no power throughout our entire stay.

Super Clean, Convenient and Comfortable
Super convenient location, close to everything we wanted to go to. This was our tenth stay at this hotel. Every single time, the staff greets us right away and helps us get checked in fast. They even give us warm chocolate chip cookies! This time, we were able to check in earlier than planned. The room is always perfectly clean and the beds are so comfortable. Everything is spotless. We also love the free parking. This is our Go To hotel whenever we are in the area.
