Property needs to be updated, food was great but the facility was very old and worn. Suite we stayed in was poorly laid out and very dysfunctional. TV was to the immediate left of the bed making it impossible to watch comfortably from the bed. The marina view was partial at best and for the price as a suite it left us very disappointed.

No rooms available for check in. Tub was draining so slowly that it filled up during shower and no shower gell.

Receptionist was overwhelmed and rude . Floor in room was wet and didn’t have enough towels. Chinese & morning receptionist were helpful.

Great stay before our cruise

We stayed here overnight before a cruise. Location wasn't really within walking distance of much, but they had a shuttle to take us anywhere within 5 miles. That was a welcome treat and saved us on having to Uber. The breakfast at the restaurant was tasty and the coffee was nice and strong. Shuttle ran all morning back and forth to cruise terminal. Staff was all very friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
