Towels were dirty! Kept calling us about checking out when we told them we were getting ready to leave running a bit late by 20 minutes. Room smelled like smoke in a non smoking room.

Worst hotel experience ever
Posted Aug. 11, 2024 on HotelsThis was the worst hotel experience we ever had. When we got in the room we saw it was disgusting. The bedding had never been cleaned. There were body fluid stains all over them.
We asked the clerk for clean beddings and he said that they didn't have any because they were in storage and he didnt know when the only guy with a key would be back. He did eventually find sheets that we used to cover the disgusting beds.
The towel racks in the bathroom were so rusted they were broken. Instead of replacing them they screwed a metal strip onto them so they didn't comepletely fall off.
When we moved the tray with the coffee maker a cockroach ran out from behind it.
The company websight says that you only need to ask the front desk if you want the room cleaned when you are gone so we asked the clerk for cleaning. The room was never cleaned.
During the night somebody parked in the no parking section so the stairs and the wheel chair ramp were blocked so none of the clients could get to their cars without going around to the front of the building.
The manager was on duty that morning so I told him sbout the car. He said he would take care of it. It turns out it was the manager who had parked his car in the no parking space
When i told him about all the problems we had he only said " Im sorry but they don't pay me enough to care."
We will never stay with this chain again.

Parking lot is a joke. Breakfast? Seriously… a couple pastries and coffee only?
