As you enter the main level, eye catching ocean views pull you into a zen feeling open living space. Beautiful gourmet kitchen, bar with wine refrigerator, walk in pantry and a large living area with fireplace. Floor to ceiling pocket doors open to outdoor living balcony with built in BBQ, dining and seating area. A lovely powder room completes this level.
Entering down to the second floor to see a beautiful primary king bedroom with fireplace, en-suite spa style bathroom with soaking tub, steam shower, vanity area and walk in closet. Sliding doors open to a balcony with a chaise lounge to relax and listen to the sound of the ocean. Another king guest suite with bathroom & walk in shower. Sliding doors to balcony.
Down to the lower level- beautiful views from the large bonus room with wet bar. Queen guest suite with private bath. Folding doors open to huge entertaining deck with cosy seating, fire table and hot tub. Private stairway to a dry beach and private shower to rinse away the sand.

This is a glorious gem. It's on a peaceful stretch of beach with incredible views from the decks, all bedrooms and the wall of sliding glass doors in open concept living room/dining room/kitchen. The house is in pristine condition. Decor is lovely, and the house is stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owner, Judi, greeted us upon arrival and gave us an introduction to the house and area. It was a fabulous 6 days!

Perfect house, very elegant, everything easy to find, has every thing you would want. Right on great beach, not right on PCH so easy in and out of driveway. Great hot tub, 3 decks. We will come again. Judi, the owner was very nice and easy to work with.

Judi is an exemplary hostess who went above and beyond to ensure that I had a great stay. You can believe your eyes and you will not be disappointed! The entire property was fresh and clean. The crashing of the ocean combines with the view to create majestic experience! The fully stocked kitchen and pantry for serving were clutch but above these property aspects, Judi's responsiveness and hospitality were the most appreciated! 10/10!

You could want for nothing!
Stayed multiple nights in this amazing property. The pictures in the listing can't even do the house justice. From the welcome basket of treats...to the amazing linens, furniture, fixtures, and supplies...to the breathtaking views at every turn...this place is VERY special! Judi was a phenomenal Host - very responsive to every question that came up and so very considerate. You can tell she really cared that we were enjoying our stay. The kitchen is stocked with any & everything you could possibly need and the shower & hot tub were heavenly. My husband & I travel quite a bit and this was by far the very BEST get-away we've ever had. Worth every penny!!!

Amazing Time!
Stayed for 5 days with the family at this amazing property. Very high standard of fixtures, fittings and cleanliness. Lovely welcome pack and fridge stocked with drinks were a nice surprise. Communication was excellent from start to finish. Location is ideal and very central. We travel a lot and this is one of the best properties we have stayed in. Will certainly be back!

Judi was a grreat host and the property was spectacular. We have rented a number of Vrbo properites but none that were better appointed or stocked. Everything we needed was available. The house is beautiful and is located on the perfect Malibu beach location.

The Best
We rented the place to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday with family. The place was PERFECTION and we had the best time. House is very well stocked, owner is super nice and accommodating , but most importantly the house had the best energy. We will definitely be back.

Exceeded Our Expectations!
We have rented some wonderful homes for our vacations, but this house is easily among the best. The home is very well maintained and exceptionally clean. We appreciated how well stocked things were! This host clearly aims to provide an absolutely first class Malibu beachfront stay. The home is located at a really ideal point along the beach, close to great restaurants and shopping with gorgeous views. We had a wonderful time and spent a lot of our vacation enjoying the house and beach. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Heaven in Malibu!
After considering a bunch of properties on VRBO, we ended up reserving this property for an end-of-summer vacay with the family. When I say we hit the jackpot, I really mean it! Not only was the owner lovely and accommodating but the property was breathtakingly gorgeous, super comfortable and stocked with everything you need. We have rented other properties that were very, very nice but the combination of a gorgeous, quiet beach, a fabulous view and beautifully decorated home, made our week one to remember. We will DEFINITELY be back!!
