Booking misalignement :Expedia and the hotel

Pour : With my experience, I prefer not to comment
Contre : Coordination between Expedia and the hotel. And not having the client being the victim of the misunderstanding.
Emplacement : No comment
I booked a room with 2 beds and we got a room with one bed. Consequence, my kids slept on the floor. This is unacceptable. The only reason given is that there was a misunderstanding between Expedia and Extended Stay America Los Angeles - Monrovia. I DON'T CARE if there is a problem between Expedia and this hotel !!! I am the client. I paid for a room with 2 beds and received a confirmation from Expedia.

Situé dans un quartier calme Ensemble correct Petit déjeuner est moyen céréale mufins café thé chocolat.... Pas de ménage durant notre séjour Nous avons eu les mêmes serviettes durant 9 jours heureusement que nous en avions acheter

That being said, we are sorry for the service issue you encountered while here. I would like to inform you that towels and linens may be exchanged at the front desk anytime and complimentary. Although our housekeeping service was done on the weekly basis to the respect the privacy of guest, we are happy to provide this to you at a minimal fee on your request. We will be sure our front desk communicates this more clearly going forward. We truly hope you will consider giving us a second chance so we can prove this is not typical of our service.
