The room was dirty and the people who stayed there before us left a mess and left things behind in the room. Had to get guest services to come and reclean the room for us. They also didn’t have clean towels available

Extremely dissatisfied
Posted Jul. 29, 2024 on HotelsFor starter, the carpets in the lobby had a scent to them as if they haven't been replaced or even cleaned in years. Customer service at the front desk was very rude from the start. They can't seem to hold their professionalism at the time of being overwhelmed with multiple customers.

The property could use a little work however, the staff I dealt with was friendly and helpful, so it's a give and take. Internet worked without issues and noise levels were not an issue.

Not Happy
Posted Jul. 23, 2024 on HotelsCheck in was horrendous!!! Staff woke me up at 2am banging on my door telling me I was not checked in !!!! Had get up , go to the desk and show receipt—-not happy , After they fixed their computer error. They charged me another $300 plus dollars. Now I have to waste time fixing that !!! So no not good reviews and will not Stay at Extended Stay again!!!

The hallway was filled with the smell of marijuana. At one point, a loud party spilled into the hallway and a fight broke out which led to screaming and banging on walls. I only stayed for one night.
