Great value

My stay was nice and quiet. My room was clean, ac worked great and the staff was friendly. The full size refrigerator was fantastic and ran ice cold. I will be back.

We booked a room with one king and sofa bed and fully paid for it. Upon arrival, it turned out they did not have this type of room available, and they gave us a room with one bed instead. On top of it, they refused to refund the price difference. Their manager was neither friendly nor helpful. Not recommend

Will not stay at Extended Stay ever again.

Carson St. gave our reservation to a nearby Extended Stay on Torrance Blvd. and the room dirty floors, furniture was damaged inside drawers and outside. Only 1 hand towel, 0 wash towels, 4 bath towels, 1 mat. Only coffee and cereal packets for breakfast. Tried to charge me over $200 for the night, but I had print out of reservation so she had to give me the quoted rate.

Outdated, not what the brochure describes, dishes werent available for the first 2 days i waz there, the tv didnt work well there was always a problem with the remote, linens werent available when needed, cookware waant avaialible, fir a couoke days then there was only partial available. The A/c only worked on low,,

VERY DISAPPOINTED! We had to wait for check-in. There weren't any available restrooms in the lobby. The kitchen sink faucet leaked, the shower was stained, there weren't any toiletries or hair dryer or remote for the TV. The bathroom door wasn't able to close or open properly. BUT, the bed was comfortable.

Dirty Room

The room was dirty as soon as we walked in it smelled like mildew then we smelled the linens and the pillows and they smell like mildew.. The shower had mold around the tub.. Didn’t have ice machine . their vending machines charged any item for five dollars, which is ridiculous. this would be the worst hotel that I stood in and me and my wife, like to travel we never ever recommend them

We did not stay the night due to a lot of things like sofa bed not stable, no blanket or pillows, call front desk “not helpful at all” found someones dirty clothes under bathroom sink, room is dirty smells, had to find another hotel late at night called Expedia customer service they are no help as well as they do not want to give me a refund I am very disappointed with Extended stay and Expedia as they did a poor job in customer service will not be using them again.
