très bien situé, proche du centre commercial del amo et peu éloigné de l'aéroport de LAX. Il semble un peu vieillot aujourd'hui. De plus une chambre dite "accessible aux handicapés" nous a été attribuée sans raison : elle était plus petite que celles que nous avions eue les 2 séjours précdents, et RIEN n'était étudié pour les handicapés: porte étroite et lourde, peu d'espace de circulation, coin cuisine non adapté, douche - très agréable par ailleurs - avec seuil et sans aucune barre d'appui. Lit King size accessible que par un seul côté (compte tenu de l'espace de la pièce, lit poussé contre le conditionneur d'air).
Personnel de ménage très sympathique.
Au global, correct.

Breakfast is not even worth mentioning.
Front desk staffs are mostly friendly and helpful.

You get what you pay for.
Publié le 20 oct. 2024 sur HotelsLooked like a nice place but found a critter in the kitchen cabinet. Also there was no one at the front desk at night so no one to call if anything was needed. And the crowd there was very loud and unruly. Several people shouting all night and at one point it sounded like police was called. Sketch sketch sketch.

Positive notes is the Fact that it was clean and in a great location, not happy with the fact that they claim to have continental breakfast that was not so all they provided was coffee with some Nutrigrain bars. They do have Stove, microwave and refrigerator in the room but no utensils too use or hair blower. you need to ask for It from the front desk.
Some of the Front desk staffers are not the friendliest
staffers.
Buy the way on Our last evening two different bugs appeared, a bug with wings and a roach. And on checking out which was at 5:30AM their was no staffer available, even though the night before I was told there is someone always there in the morning, good thing another staffer came by to check us out.
