This is not your average rental. The owners are hospitality entrepreneurs, who have created a unique experience with every detail thought through to enjoy the best of what Malibu has to offer. When you choose to stay with us you will experience not only extraordinary accommodations but also one of the best beaches in Malibu and the last private beach in Malibu. This home has special spaces that are well suited for yoga, reading, board and card games or any other activity away you may enjoy. The home boasts a Large open concept TV, and media space as well as a chefs kitchen should you enjoy cooking or baking. We also offer a state of art out door BBQ grill, bar and alfresco dining space.
The house is perfectly suited for family and friend entertaining, thanks to its massive 1,000 sq ft deck, an oceanfront jacuzzi, an al fresco dining area with a BBQ grill and an oceanfront lounge area with a fire table.

Indoors, the living area has a true open concept design where the kitchen, bar island and main living space are perfectly connected so everyone can enjoy time together. 
There is also a more private space off the main living area for a glass of wine and a good book.

The home offers a growing collection of books for all ages to enjoy, as well as several family games. We also provide surf and boogie boards, as well as sand and deck toys for the kids. 
For families with toddlers, we provide a pack and play and also yoga mats for kids of all ages.

Our multi-lingual host looks forward to welcoming you and assisting you in curating the Malibu getaway of your dreams. Enjoy a massage by our skilled therapist or have our incredible chef prepare an unforgettable meal for your family and friends — whether it’s a brunch, casual BBQ, romantic candle-lit dinner or birthday celebration. Our chef always crafts delicious cocktails and can create wine pairings — she can even provide meal prepping!

For those wanting to venture outside of our private haven, Malibu boasts world-class dining, shopping and wine tastings/tours, as well world-renowned beaches and scenic hiking trails.

Thanks to our prime location in Southern Malibu, everything such as the Malibu Country Mart, Lumber Yard, Colony Plaza, the weekly Malibu Farmers’ Market and grocery stores like WholeFoods and Ralph’s are only a couple of miles away – even Santa Monica is in very close proximity!

Great place-highly recommend
The house and location were great. it was awesome to be able to walk right on the beach and even saw some dolphins. Everything was clean, kitchen well stocked. Sebastian provided GREAT communication and service. Actually we never wanted to leave but there are many great restaurants so we had to get out and explore. We will definitely rebook. It does have a lot of stairs so not a good fit for people with mobility issues. The pictures do show all the stairs so the description and virtual walk through are very accurate.

Beyond Incredible!!!
Just like you are reading now, I read all of the great reviews about the house and the property manager Sebastian. I thought it was too good to be true but took the leap hoping it would be a memorable experience. And WOW! It was PERFECTION! From the moment I inquired with Sebastian and had all of my questions answered promptly and in detail, to the check in where we received a full tour of all the amenities and house, to the most wonderful 4 days ever, to check out… it was quite simply put - ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! Not only did I never want to leave, but I will be booking this listing again and again. I felt so safe, supported by Sebastian and spoiled. The view is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced, even at a 5 star fancy hotel. The house is comfortable, beautiful and so cozy! The jacuzzi was such a cool perk at night white we saw shooting stars! We had massages on the deck and watched dolphins jump in and out of the water. Time stops at this property and life just goes slower. It’s peaceful and a world on its own. I went to celebrate my 40th birthday with some friends and family. But I got more than a celebration. Since it’s just so darn beautiful and perfect, I got to feel refreshed and reflect on my 40 years. Such a perfect home to stay in!! Lastly, the surround sound was incredible. Morning mediations with birds and dolphins, afternoon party music to pretend that we were young again, and evening music vibes. 12/10 you have to stay here!!!!! Simply heaven on earth!

Wonderful stay in Malibu
We had a fabulous stay in Malibu. The house was in an amazing location...the beach is PERFECT..much of the time all ours with great waves and dolphins! We certainly made the most of the body boards (and the hot tub) The house had everything we needed and lots of room so nobody was on top of each other. Comfy beds and hot showers. (The outside deck could do with a lick of paint but am sure that is in hand...) A final thank you to Sebastian who was not only fantastic before we arrived but made time to meet us just after our arrival and give us a tour and explain how everything worked. A perfect host. Can highly recommend and we really didn't want to leave.

We had a wonderful holiday weekend at this incredible location. Sebastian was very responsive from Day 1 of booking and throughout our stay. The ocean access and deck offered incredible outdoor dining and views. Electronics and climate control are very functional. The kitchen worked really well for our large family gathering. Only drawbacks are some deferred maintenance issues.

Perfect Gathering Spot
The property was perfect for our group to stay for a few days while in Malibu. Sebastian was a great host and was super helpful and responsive with our check in and questions in advance of our stay. Fantastic weekend in Malibu!
We had the best weekend at the beach house. The location couldn’t be ideal and we just kept having “pinch me” moments while looking over at the ocean on the spanning deck. The property manager Sebastian couldn’t have been more helpful either - he personally met us when we checked in and went through everything we’d need to know for our stay. Can’t wait to be back!

Best Vacation Ever
We stayed at this property for my birthday and could not have been happier. The house is great and has everything you could want. My kids were in heaven. The beach is gorgeous and private. Incredible views of the ocean from the master and other bedrooms. The only thing to be careful is all the stairs to the house and beach are narrow and steep. Fine for us, a bit hard on our new toddler walker! But we still got him to the beach every day and he ran in bliss. Would love to come back all the time!

Memorable Malibu Vacation
We had a wonderful and memorable vacation in Malibu. The property is beautiful, and our group of 6 (and dogs) was able to spread out and use every inch. Truly cannot beat the spectacular ocean views from almost every room. Those in our group who were working remotely had Wi-Fi access and breathtaking backdrops. Sitting on the beach steps during high tide is mesmerizing! Additionally, Sebastian was wonderful to work with and Laurie is very accommodating. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful property with access to the beach, an amazing terrace with multiple seating arrangements including a table/chairs, couch around a fire pit, and lounge chairs. This is a great property! Sebastian was easy to work with and I took advantage of his concierge service regarding a chef and massage therapist. Total treat to have these options. There is a bit of wear and tear on the inside(thus the price point) but the outdoor living space completely makes up for this. The beach is a wet beach but we were able to walk anytime of the day! And the people are so friendly. Everyone is out first thing in the morning walking their furry family members. Highly recommend this property!!

Incredible Weekend in Malibu
My family and I stayed for 3 nights and the house is better than advertised! While the interior is fantastic, the deck and beach are what made this a magical long weekend for us. My kids loved hanging out on the deck and playing on the beach with our dogs. Sebastian makes the entire process turnkey and he and Laurie have clearly thought of everything in advance. When a question did come up, Sebastian was immediately accessible and responsive. A huge THANK YOU to Laurie and Sebastian for welcoming us to this special home where we created lasting family memories. We will definitely be back!

Terrific beach accesss
Fantastic house with a large deck leading directly onto a sandy beach which is relatively uncrowded. The public spaces are nice, the kitchen is particularly nice. There is one very nice master suite, the rest of the bedrooms are fine but lack en-suite bathrooms. The property manager is fantastic, helpful, always available, great guy.
