They had some this item on the bathroom wall it was supposed to have shampoo, conditioner and body wash but it was empty

Had gotten the suite room because it looked nice in the pictures. We get there and right of the bat it looked really dirty. We get checked in and as soon as we get to the room the door looked musty. Half of it was peeled off and discolored. As i soon a i open the door i get a disgusting smell or cigarettes and throw up. The room did not look like the pictures AT ALL. I go back and they give me theyre “new” rooms. So i go check it out and still looked really bad and wasnt like the pictures at all. I confronted them and they didnt know what to say and gave me my deposit back and i left.
STAY AWAYYY!!!

Old hotel furniture dumped right outside. Shady men that seem homeless hanging out in the back of the parking lot.

HORRIBLE New Owner/Management!
Publié le 10 juin 2024 sur HotelsSCAM! New management is HORRIBLE! Booked a higher priced site because it was the only one "available". Was placed in a cheaper room & was not told. Went to talk to the employees & was told the are issues with the suite & they couldn't refund me the difference. So. I WAS FORCED TO PAY FOR A SUITE & GOT THE CHEAPER ROOM WITH NO REFUND.

Horrible staff

Payed for a studio suite online and when I got there they give me a normal room and say there’s no suites available, won’t refund me the extra for the room downgrade or anything all they said is I can cancel if I want, paid for a suite and got a normal room which is cheaper than I paid and they won’t refund the difference.

TV didn’t work. No closet space. Filthy bed linen.
