Staff was excellent!! It was my 3rd time staying there and I will for sure be back!

It was a great place. Extremely clean. Staff were kind, polite, helpful. Rooms were clean. Bathroom was clean and appeared brand new. The only knock was that the Tesla charger didn’t work, but there are chargers at Vons which is less than a mile away. Great place and excellent location.

Checking into this hotel was like an SNL skit...
Publié le 12 août 2024 sur HotelsThis is the newest hotel in the area, close to the beach, so it was very clean. Parking was easy, rooms were clean and beds were comfortable. However, this was the WORST check in experience and Ive stayed in 1 star hotels in very small cities. The person working the front desk should not be in hospitality, extremely unhelpful, rude and lacked average customer service skills. My stay was nonrefundable and the hotel is pricey, if that wasn't the case, I would have walked out and gone somewhere else because of her unfriendly nature and "could careless" attitude. Life is stressful enough, checking into a hotel for vacation should not be.
