I was disappointed neither expedia or the hotel responded to my email notifying them of a medical emergency that was forcing a last minute cancellation of plans . i asked that they please let me know before charging since i cannot afford a fee do to my necessary cancer treatments for an unused room since i have stayed here iver 6 times in the past two years and being disabled am on a limited budget . neither the ptoperty or expedia replied in regard to my request and just took the 170 for a room when it was unforeseen . at least a call back woukd have allowed me to consider ignoring doctors device since they didn’t care and were charging me for a room full price after being notified of the medical emergency . is the customer service that bad that they cannot pick up a phone once you’ve booked a room or respond when your chatbot get a email indicating i’m not cvjd in and k t be able. please refund my 170 if possible , i have been using this hotel for the past 3-4 yrs and expedia since 2001 this is disappointing but it’s all robots o suppose.
