Bien sauf la piscine
Publié le 20 sept. 2016 sur HotelsBel hôtel avec des chambres immenses et les lits itou. Bon petit déjeuner dans une grande salle, ce qui est rare. Le seul bémol, la piscine qui donne sur l'autoroute et qui est assez petite. D'où l'avantage, pour l'hôtel, d'être prêt de l'autoroute.

They had my reservations wrong and told me I had arrived a day early. I made my air, car and hotel reservations together. I had to show them a screenshot of my reservations to prove I was there on the correct day and stand at the front desk for an hour while figured out their mistake…finally they found their mistake and gave me my room keys.

Front Desk Ripoff
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HotelsAfter extending my stay for several nights one night at a time and paying for each night with the front desk confirming, they told me I owed for the extra nights when extending for one more night. I explained that I already paid and showed them my credit card activity. They wouldnt budge and called me after I went to work and confirmed that they show I owed for the added nights. The front desk person kept saying she understood what I was saying about already paying and the points I was making and my frustration, but she didnt understand. I went to the property to gather my things and to cancel the final night. They then called me while I was at lunch and apologized and said I was correct and didnt owe for any nights as they saw their mistake etc. I asked to be compensated, perhaps to come back for a free night as i hadnt booked elsewhere and all they gave me was 2 nights of free parking. I have never been disrespected like this from a hotel. They were completely in the wrong and wouldnt budge even with clear evidence that I was in the right and was paid up on my stay. This left a bad taste in my mouth and I now have no desire to patronize this unscrupulous and unforgiving establishment. This is one of my favorite local hotels that has always been a reasonable priced and friendly place and now I have to cross them off my list. I am very disappointed and offended.
